Carrot Sunshine Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
1 cup mixed fruit (peach, mango, pineapple, strawberry mix)
1 large carrot
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seed oil (optional – but SO good)
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
