Lentil Veggie Soup
Yield: 2 servings (4 servings as a side dish)
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 cups Water
- 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ cup Brown Lentils
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Veggies
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Bring water, vegetable broth, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and garlic powder to a boil. Add in the rest of the ingredients and lower the heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
