(COWS/ANIMAL VIDEOS) This enormous Holstein-Friesian named Knickers is making headlines after his caretaker, a cattle farmer named Geoff Pearson, unofficially declared him Australia’s biggest steer. The 7-year-old cow stands at a whopping 76 inches tall, weighs over 3,000 pounds, and was originally purchased “as a ‘coach’—an animal that could take charge of the herd and show them the ropes of life on the farm.” Luckily for Knickers, he never stopped growing and his immense size forever saved him from the slaughterhouse. The standout steer is expected to live out the rest of his days peacefully among his much smaller peers. — Global Animal
