Maple Sweet Potato Fries
Yield: 2-4 servings
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into slices
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Combine oil, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl and whisk. Place the cut sweet potatoes in a large bowl with a cover or a ziplock bag and then pour in the maple mixture. Seal the bowl or bag and then shake it up to make sure all of the fries are coated.
Spread the fries out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees, stirring the fries halfway through cooking.
