Happy Birthday Bo! America’s ‘First Fido’ Turns 7

(FAMOUS DOGS/CELEBRITY PETS) In 2008, America fell in love with the first family’s new pet, Bo Obama. Seven years later, the Portuguese Water Dog is still melting the hearts of millions across the U.S., chasing tennis balls and frolicking along the White House lawn.

The presidential pooch has not only boarded Air Force One and announced the White House Easter Egg Roll, but he also regularly plays fetch with one of the most powerful men in the world (and eventually joined by his sister, Sunny, whom the Obamas adopted in 2013).
