Garlic Sesame Seitan
Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 8 oz. package of Seitan Strips
1 cup Broccoli Florets
¼ tsp Ginger
4 cloves Garlic, minced

Directions
Whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, and corn starch in a bowl to make the sauce. Set aside.

Heat one tbsp of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic, broccoli and sesame seeds and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add in the other tbsp of sesame oil and then the seitan. Continue to stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the seitan is browned but not burnt.

Pour in the sauce and cook for an additional minute while stirring.
