(VEGAN/VEGETARIAN RECIPES) These baked donuts are non-dairy and egg-free!

Chocolate Donuts
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2  tsps Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Vegan Sugar
2 tbsps Coconut Oil
2/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract

For The Chocolate
1 cup Vegan Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
2 tbsps Coconut Milk

Directions
Whisk together the apple cider vinegar and 2/3 cup coconut milk in a small bowl and set aside.

Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.  Add in the coconut oil, vanilla extract, and the milk mixture and stir.

Pour into a donut pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Whisk the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and 2 tbsps of coconut milk together to make the chocolate glaze. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to let the chocolate thicken and then smooth over the top of  the cooled donuts.
