Spicy Veggie Dip
Yield: 4 servings

3 Ounces Parsley
4 stalks of Celery
1 tbsp Lime Juice
4 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/8 to 1/4 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

Chop off the stems of the parsley and add it to a food processor. Cut the celery stalks into smaller pieces and add them to the food processor as well. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Process on a high setting until the dip is smooth. Refrigerate to allow dip to firm a bit.
