Mango Banana Sorbet
Yield: 2-4 servings
2 large Mangos
2 tbsps Maple Syrup
Pinch of Sea Salt (optional)
Peel and cut the mangoes and bananas into slices. Add the banana, mango, maple syrup, and sea salt to a food processor and blend together.
Line a metal pan such as a cake pan with wax paper. Add the mixture to the pan and freeze for about 2 hours until it is hardened.
Scrape out the hardened fruit mixture into a food processor and process until smooth. Scoop into small bowls and serve immediately.
