BBQ Black Eyed Burger
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
½ cup Oats
10 oz Black Eyed Peas
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Salt
½ tsp Basil
½ tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Dijon
1 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
¼ cup Grapeseed Oil
Directions
Add oats to food processor and pulse until ground. Add in the rest of the ingredients and process on high for about one minute. Form into four patties and grill for about five or six minutes on each side.
