Indian Basmati Rice
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
2 cups Basmati Rice, pre-cooked
1 tsp Salt
2 tsps Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp ground Cloves
1/2 tsp ground Cardamom
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Cashews
1/2 cup Raisins
2 tbsps Vegetable Oil
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the rice. Cook for a minute or two and then add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and serve.
