You’ll never have to buy or burn microwave popcorn again. Once you try this recipe you’ll never go back! You can even prepare the popcorn the night before and store in an airtight container to enjoy the next day. Popcorn is a fun, delicious snack for the whole family!

Smokey Rosemary Popcorn
- 3 T. neutral oil, like grapeseed or safflower
- 1/3 C. organic popcorn kernels
- 1 t. smoked paprika
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 T. fresh herbs, I used rosemary
- 1 T. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- pinch cayenne
Over med-high heat a 3 quart covered saucepan and oil and three kernels, cover. Once the three kernels pop you oil is ready. Quickly add remaining popcorn and recover. (You’ll want to cover loosely so some steam can escape, but be careful not to let any popcorn jump out!) Gently shake the pan once the popping begins and as the popping slows (a few seconds in between each pop) remove from heat and place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and enjoy!
