(ZOO ANIMAL WELFARE/TAKE ACTION) CANADA — After mistreating animals for years, Guzoo Animal Farm located in Three Hills, Alberta, has lost its zoo license. However, loopholes allow the facility to keep 180 of its animals. Since the owner has filed for the zoo’s permit declassification to be reviewed in court, Guzoo Animal Farm is able to operate until September 28th, at which point the court will issue a final verdict regarding the zoo’s declassification.
While animal advocates led by Zoocheck Canada forced Guzoo Animal Farm to initially lose its license, more action is needed to secure proper homes for the 180 animals and to ensure that the facility is permanently shut down. Please sign the petition!
Please help them!
This petition is defamatory. It’s for the courts to decide if “abuse” has taken place, not some crazy vigilante of ignoramuses.
It was the ‘vigilantes’ that got this problem noticed, and it is a problem. This petition probably won’t have any effect on what the courts decide, and the public has a right to speak, no matter how badly you want to cover your ears to this problem.
You’re right–hundreds of photos and 2 decades of complaints mean nothing, and courts never get anything wrong.
Come on.
