Blind Dog Paints For Animals In Need

(TOUCHING TALE) Upon learning her beloved pooch Hallie had suddenly gone blind from an autoimmune disease, DeeDee Murray went through great lengths to help save her pet’s vision—but sadly, to no avail. But when it seemed as though all hope was lost, this dog lover eventually transformed her rescued dachshund’s interesting talent into a great opportunity. Before Hallie’s rapid onset of blindness, this local Seattle painter effortlessly taught Hallie the painting trade. Now, the two are using Hallie’s artwork to help other animals in need. Hallie’s paintings are available for purchase online, where all profits are sent to Purple Heart Rescue, a dog rescue charity.
