Good Dogs Matched With Bad Boys

(ANIMAL CONNECTION) TEXAS — The Victoria Regional Juvenile Justice Center has started a pilot program called the Dream Seekers Animal Rescue and Training. So far, the program includes Alice, a 2-year-old dachshund/terrier mix, and Devin Olguin and DeAndra Moffett, her first trainers.
