New Bill Forces Animal Abusers to Pay

(ANIMAL LAWS) Oftentimes it seems like animal abusers don’t suffer any consequences for their actions. This should be a great relief to animal rescues and shelters who, up until now, had to pay great sums of money from their own funds to care for seized animals. Hopefully other states will follow.
