Good Dogs Matched With Bad Boys

(ANIMAL CONNECTION) TEXAS — The Victoria Regional Juvenile Justice Center has started a pilot program called the Dream Seekers Animal Rescue and Training. So far, the program includes Alice, a 2-year-old dachshund/terrier mix, and Devin Olguin and DeAndra Moffett, her first trainers. The idea is that by helping to train an animal, incarcerated youth will develop certain character traits like empathy, responsibility, and patience. Baby Otter Orphan Nursed Back To Health
